I purchased diamonds but they are not showing in my game.

Purchases of in game diamonds normally credit to your account within 15 minutes of completing the transaction. Occasionally you may experience a delay in receiving them. 

Here are a few things you can try:
  • restart your game
  • disable and re-enable in-app purchases
  • ensure your device version is the most current
  • turn your device off and restart

After you have tried the suggested above if your purchased diamonds still are not showing in your account, please contact our customer support.
