I can't see Tapjoy on my device?

We are currently testing our Tapjoy integration and we are rolling it out slowly to everyone. We're starting with Android devices, and moving to iOS soon so don't worry if you don't see it yet, it is coming. When available on your device Tapjoy will be accessible from the Build menu in game.
 
I claimed an offer but haven't received my diamonds?

In the game you can reach Tapjoy customer support through the “Missing Diamonds?” link at the bottom of the list of offers. If you are going through Tapjoy.com, please log in to your account; there will be a "Help" link at the bottom of any page after you log in.  The "Contact Support" button in this section of their site will allow you to submit your issue. No matter the route, your issue will get to their Support team who will respond to you as quickly as they are able.
