Clan Wars: Yami vs Raijin

Last Updated: May 30, 2017 02:52PM UTC

Bamboo Valley is bustling with energy as Raijin pairs up with the strongest of Warlords and spreads chaos throughout Bamboo Valley. After hearing of this, Emperor Yami felt his blood boil... with excitement! Another challenge was coming his way and once again he proposed a friendly tournament between clans.

Which side will you promise your loyalty to, brave Samurai? Grab the red clan totem from the Onyx Market to show your support to Raijin or the blue clan totem to show your support to Emperor Yami!

Contest Period
Starts: Thursday, June 1st @ 11am GMT
Ends: Monday, June 5th @ 11am GMT

How to qualify:
No physical registration required. All classic alliance wars (conquest wars do not count towards the Clan Wars) that start and end between the contest period automatically qualify for the Clan Wars leaderboard. Alliances can see their highest war score for the contest via the in-game ‘Contest’ tab. Players can also see their current alliance ranking via a banner on their screen.
  • All qualifying alliance wars must start no sooner than 11:00 am GMT on Thursday, June 1st and no later than 5:00 am GMT on Monday, June 5th.
  • Please keep in mind you need to allow time for the matchmaking process (declaring a few minutes before 5am may mean you are not matched in time.)

Contest Rules
  1. Alliances compete in normal 6 hour wars (choosing “Classic War” in normal war declare tab)
  2. The Top scoring alliance in a 6 hour war within the contest period will be named the Champion and receive their alliance flag in the Hall of Fame. Alliances can compete multiple times throughout the contest and their highest score will be shown on the Contest Leaderboard.
  3. Only the top score per alliance within the contest period qualifies. This score will determine the alliance rank during the event and the prizes awarded to its members shortly after the end of the event.
  4. Players can only win and be awarded a prize once during the contest (except for the players competing the 6 hours of Blue Warriors/Red Warriors Alliance’s War).
  5. If an alliance qualifies for a reward, only the players who are in the alliance prior to the end of the event and until the rewards are awarded will receive prizes. Be aware that the end of the event is Monday, June 5th at 11:00:00am GMT. If a player comes back into an alliance after the end of the event, he will not receive the prizes with that alliance. If a player is in the alliance prior the end of the event but leaves the alliance before he receives the prizes, he might not be entitled to the prizes anymore. The selection operated by our system is final.
  6. The winners are picked at the time of the end of the event. If you do not fulfill those conditions, you won’t receive the rewards and we won’t be able to add them manually after the event.

*Please note that the Contest Leaderboards will CLEAR once the contest is over so alliances will NOT be able to see the rankings in the Contest tab after the end of the contest

Tiered Leaderboard Prizes:

*Members of any regular team can win a token to upgrade the Gold Koori Oni Statue by ranking in the top 10 and above the red AND blue teams. The tokens will be awarded manually within a few days after the end of the event.

Clan Totem details:
The Clan Totems are the sign of your support towards the Clan of your choice and will be used to determine the prize to win.

If you got the Blue Clan Totem, you’re a Yami supporter.
If you got the Red Clan Totem, you’re a Raijin supporter.

We will be summing the total wp scored by players with the blue totem during the event and dividing it by the number of players. We will do the same calculations for the red totem and the winner will be whoever has the highest value. The results for the totem will be calculated and communicated up to 48h after the end of the event.

In addition, if the Red Warriors win, everyone with a red totem will receive a bonus on the totem, vice-versa for the Blue Warriors Alliance.

Both sides will be able to claim their rewards from the totem up to 48h after the end of the event. These rewards will remain available to claim until Tuesday, 13th of June 2017.

Prize Details and Conditions for the members of the Blue Warriors and Red Warriors Alliance’s:
  • Tiered Leaderboard prizes won with Blue Warriors or Red Warriors

The members of the Blue Warriors and Red Warriors will compete as normal alliances and commit to declaring war right at the beginning of the event on Thursday, June 1st @ 11am GMT. After this one war, the two alliances will be dismantled and their members will receive the prizes for the rank achieved with Blue Warriors or Red Warriors. They will also receive a token to upgrade their statue to level 2 if the alliance is in the top 10 at the end of the event. These prizes will be sent manually up to 48h after the end of the event on Monday, June 5th @ 11am GMT.
  • Tiered Leaderboard prizes won with another alliance

After the Warrior’s War, players will have the freedom to join another alliance and receive rewards with them.

Please note that players can only win ONE STATUE during this event. This means that if a player wins ONE STATUE with a different alliance, he won’t receive another one earned with the Red of Blue Warriors. However, they will still be able to upgrade their statue with the level 2 token received if the Alliance they belonged to (Blue Warriors or Red Warriors) ranks in the top 10 alliances.

If the prize won by a member of the initial roster of the Blue Warriors or Red Warriors Alliance’s is different from the one won with another alliance, we will manually replace the lesser one.
  • Prize won in case the Blue Warriors and Red Warriors place in top 10

The members of each team will receive a TOKEN TO UPGRADE THEIR STATUE TO LEVEL 2 if their team places in the top 10.

Koori Oni Statue Level 2
  • Improved Freeze effect
    • Longer duration and larger damage area
  • Koori Oni troop on attack

Additional details
  • Normal alliance wars are unaltered during the duration of this contest.
  • Shield times remain normal durations
  • Prizes are awarded at the end of the contest.
  • Results WILL display on a leaderboard in-game.
